Scabs on penis some raw risk level plz ?

Can somebody whom knows more on this subject help please. Ive been reading this website for the last 24 hours now and in still unclear.
7 weeks ago I had protected sex with a male i was top he was bottom.
The problem is i had exzema scabs on my penis that I get all over my body this time how ever i had developed the exzema on my penis close to the head. My fear is anal fluid got under the condom and into some raw scabs I had been scrathing for a couple days prior. My questions plz and thanks

1. How deep are can a scab on a penis be before is poses a great risk.
2. If anal fluid traveled under the Condom and into my wounds would that be sufficent entry to the blood stream ?
3. If the penis opening is the only risk wouldnt a small cut be the same as the small hole into your penis ? Or is that different and how ?
4. If the anal fluids were not exsposed to light before entering my wound shall I be concerned ?

Plus know I have since not taken any risks like this again having protected sex with wounds on penis
Any answeres would be great thanks

The condom opening is at the base where the ring holds it on. Nothing goes under the ring of the condom otherwise if it was that loose it would fall off. Your imagination is making you anxious but that doesn't make it possible.

I understand. Thanks . ok so I doubt you answer what if questions but if the fluid did get under would that be a theoretical risk ? Or still very low risk. Ive been worried sick. Thanks for your reply.
You are asking if the impossible happened, would there be a risk? That is science fiction, so we will be forever if we get into that.
FYI, the virus is fragile and has a very limited way to infect you as a top from sex - it can only infect by going into the urethra, so your focus on skin issues is not relevant anyway.
Fragile ? Hmm I truly am very uneducated. So if I am understanding this right basically if say if I'm having anal sex with a male and i wore a condom that only covered my head very tight the rest doesnt matter. Even if the rest of my penis was covered with cuts and scraps that doesnt matter because the opening of my penis was covered.
Ive seen on your previous answers you have 40 years of medical research to back this up. Not your experince but medical facts and history.
So if you say yes to my statement that I just asked about cut scraps and only head been covered I will move on from this nightmare the fear, heartbreak, pain has been earing me alive
Thanks anxious no more
"..having anal sex with a male and i wore a condom that only covered my head very tight the rest doesn't matter."
Correct, otherwise we would all have it if it was a strong virus like a cold virus that can live for a while on any surface then infect. That is why we all get colds but very few get HIV.
Thanks anxious no more.
I think I'm done here for reason I cant explian tje more I read the more I think I have put my self at risk.
And this behaviour cant be healthy although I highly doubt my fear will subside on its on I shall leave you alone so you can help people whom seem to have a greater risk compared to my little risk
Thanks
There is no useful diagnostic info on Google so the more you read the more anxious you will become. The first step to peace is to quit googling cold turkey.
You can get E Coli after any meal, but you don't test for that after each meal nor do you even read up on it, because there isn't enough time in a person's day to spend worrying about everything that you can get, so no reason to be reading up on HIV that you can't get.
Wow that actually made sense. I wonder why this strikes so much fear ? But thats for a different kind of doctor to figure out I need a good nights sleep I geuss
