Scared and Nervous

Hello Sir
I apologize if I'm asking a question that has already been answered here, but I can't seem to find an answer that fits my situation specifically, so I will specifically tell my problems,  I had a trip to pattaya last week and I visited few massaging parlours which are pretty famous there, so I have a small tiny wound (because of pilonidal cyst) at the extreme end of my tail bone (NOT VIIBLE WHILE LAYING DOWN, STOMACH BELOW) so during this massage she poured  all the soapy water on my whole back and went pressing her breast and vagina over my back from top to bottom for 1-2 minutes, so I am scared any of our vaginail fluids will enter or have contact with my small wound, i went for the trip on 2 week of July so itis not yet time to take a test also, I am very well nervous now, I hope you can help me here!!!

Eagerly waiting for your reply!!
