I had multiple sexual encounters in 9/09. Bi am
male and she gave me unprotected sex and I came in her mouth. she also probed me with condom
on vibrator. Also I saw two massage parlors--about 9/29.  All they did was stroke me off abd she did finger my***/probe for a few mjnutes with lotion.   I had a sore right side neck and ear after going swimming on  9/14. I saw PA at dr office sd nothing. Could this have been Earle ARS?  Also I told
my wife about the blowjob and that has stressed me out beyond belief. I have had sore throat for six weeks now and have lost 10% body waste. Probably to stress?  Two other things.I have some small pinpoint looks like cherry hemiangiomsa on body. I have a larger one for some time  but more seeing a few more on arms chest. I had a CBC with hiv1/0/2 done 10/10/09 and all neg. Had another fully battery of test on 10/23/2009 and all normal. Had cd4/cd8 on 10/10/09 and cd4 was 697 with %49. Same day had pcr DNA test done--negative. Latestest test was 12/16/2009.  HIV 1/O/2 by ICMA. HIV  2 screen done by EIA --negative.  Is ICMA GOOD  antibody test I can rely on?  Please let me know your ghoughts go all above questions. Thanks

Can a HIV sore throat last seven weeks?  Also, I have a strange smell when
I inhale through my nose. Ent looked at and gave me an all ok. Had sinus ct- all good. Chest x-Ray -- all good. I do have these tiny and multiple hemes on arms and torso but not a rash. Some very hard to see, others not. I
also have patchy lips and I am
using chapstick plus lamisil per dr. I have a 1 month history of tingling on left side of face, and when I wake up in the morning, my left foot/leg are tingly. Have you ever heard such varying symptoms? Does anything sound fungal?  Let me know your thoughts. Also, I will go back in three weeks for 3 month antibody test. They do not offer ELISA. Is icma ok?  Thanks in advance for the info

How reliable are the ICMA antibody tests?  Are they as good as Elisa?

PCR-DNA tests are not diagnostic tests. Your 3 month test will be conclusive.

Also everyone, I wanted to clear it up that no definitive ars symptoms. No fever, chills, night sweats, lymphadenopathy(as far as I know--see swimming comment). I o do have a strange smell that has been present for about 2 months. Ent visit negative, ct sinues negative. I do have a little tingling on left side of face for about a month also and maybe(?) a little on left leg. No definitive rash, just some litlle red dots on torso and arms. May have been there and just noticed, or more coming. I do not know. But all tests so far prove negative 11 weeks post last parlor visit. Again, is eleven weeks confident?  Icma reliable antibody?what welse to do?  Very scared.
