Scared, hiv risk? Please help ( make

Im a guy!! Not a female btw so About a week ago I had a hookup with a stranger (I'm gay)  I met him trough chat and I asked him if he was HIV neg and stds free and he said yes so we did oral sex, mutual masturbation and kissing nothing more. At the end I was on top of him and he cummed on my *** ( he never penetrated me) then I stayed on that position until I finished and the we went to the shower and cleaned my self. I'm worried cause I read that the HIV virus is on the semen and since he cummed on my *** it could have enter a little bit to my anus and I could be infected In case he lied to me and his positive. I've been having some rash on my back and chest. Should I be worried? Can I get infected by the situation that happened to me ? He didn't penetrate me not even a lilttle bit but maybe I don't know a little bit of his semen could've been in contact with my anus.

You're welcome. And please, always use a condom.........sometimes things go further than we thought and it's always better to be safe than sorry.

Oral sex, mutual masturbation and kissing are NOT risks for HIV. You have no need to test. Even if your partner ejaculated on or near your anus, exposure to air and temperature changes would render the virus inactive. (Unable to infect) HIV can only be transmitted INSIDE the human body and since there was no penetration, there was no risk.
