Scared if I am at a real risk

Dear friends,
I need your advice and your opinion because I’m really scared 
Two weeks ago I performed an unprotected fellatio on a unknown man, I met in a gay sauna. It lasted about 10 minutes, he didn’t ejaculated.
I’ve read that risk is about 0.04%, but

1. During the sucking I was a bit nervous and my mouse and lips were rather dry.
Could it be not enough saliva to destroy HIV virus, which could got in my mouth with his precum?

2. When I realized what I had done – an unprotected sexual entercourse - I got very scared – almost paniced :(. And I did one more stupid thing – in 5 minutes after the event I washed my mouth with anti mosquito repellent, which I hoped to destroy bacteria STD :( I’m afraid it hurt my mouth :(
Could it help the HIV to infect me?
3. Have I got into a real risk considering above circumstances?
4. What should I do? Must I get a test for HIV and when?

Thank you very much.

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
* After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
* Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
* Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

Yes, but It's different risk situation to get a blow job and to give it. Getting bowjob is defenetly no risk. But I was giving a blowjob :(
And I'm scared of additional risk factors - as dry mouth and chemical irritation :(
