Scared of HIV

Hello, one and a half months ago i had sex with a prostitute in macau. She used lots of soap and gave me a body to body rub / BJ in the 69 position and her vagina came into contact with my mouth several times. We had vaginal sex for about 5 minutes, again with lots of soap, using a condom which appeared to be intact until i was done and noticed that it was broken when I went to take it off.
The next morning my mouth was burning and my lips seemed to get infected in the following few weeks so I think I have herpes, though I haven't had any blisters.
Over the following few weeks I was very tired (though this could have been jetlag) and had some mild symptoms such as a red rash on the head of my penis for one day and excessive sweating for a few days though I know these could be anything. Symptoms finally left but I still have regular loose stools once a day right up untiil today.
I had an STD/HIV test 5 days after the event, all negative though I dont think it included herpes. I am very anxiously waiting for the 3 month mark for a confirmation test.
What is my risk of HIV here?
Does anyone ever test positive after 5 days?
Could the soap have contributed to the condom breakage and is there any other effect the presence of soap has on HIV transmission?
Is there any info on the prevalence of HIV in macau?

Sorry if I am being a parrot, just very scared!
