Is this a stress effect or is it a symptom?
Dear friends
Long story short, sadly, I was in a relationship with a girl for some times and at the end I found out she was HIV+(full blown), I didn't use protection most of the times, so from the time that i found out, I went for the test, I did Antibody rapid test for hiv 1 & 2 for four times at the days 14, 21, 42, 52 and all of them came negative,right now I'm in day 68, the thing is that during last three days I feel some kind of weird pain in my neck and it make me feeling so nervous because I know my risk was so high, So here are my questions:
1.Is this a stress effect or is it a symptom?
2.When you talk about early symptom, when it appears ( like flu symtom or fever or ....) should your blood test become + or it can be still on window period?and how long does early symptoms take to show?more than 4 weeks?
3.Do you suggest me any other test like full ELISA test or viral load ?

Today I've done another test and again it came negative(72 days) thank god,I have one question:
The test that I've done was 3rd generation antibody rapid test, these tests should be enough sensitive to show if anything in 10 weeks,am I right? because the guy there said that its only after 3 month it will show , but I have red something different here and the other pages.
and I'm still having some weird feeling in my neck, I don't understand I'm too stressed or anything else

Thats a good indicator cause thats seven weeks with three days. People mostly test positive after a month. But cause you were in a high risk exposure you need to test again at three months which will be conclusive.
1. It is not a symptom
2. 2-4 weeks for symptoms to show and 1-2 weeks after symptoms test should be positive (but not always).
3. Elisa antibody test at 3 months.
