Scared please help

I am a 38 year old male on 5-2 of this year had protected vaginal intercourse with a former girlfriend. The morning of the encounter I had shaved in my genital region.  On 5-8 while in the shower I observed 2 small whiteish skin tags where the hair follicles around the previous shaven area. On 5-28 while in vacation at the beach I broke out with a red rash from the middle of my back up to my shoulder blades along the spine. Around 6-7 I started having sinus congestion that turned into a cough and sore throat. I became fatigued from lack of sleep because of cough.  I went to dr on 6-11 and all blood work came back fine as for no flu or strep and i never ran a fever but my blood pressure was every high.  I started taking BP medication.  On 6-13 i had a dental procesure done where i received multiple novacaine shot and within a week on 6-17 I started having tingling sensations in my neck and at end of my jawline on both sides. These sensations went into my left arm within a few days. I have poked around all my lyphm node areas none of the are tender to the touch but I believe the ones on my jawline under my ears are now swollen.  I have been HSV-2 positive for 7 years but have never experienced a break out of any kind.

What is my risk of having HIV?  Could I have contracted it thru vaginal secretions?  Could this be related to the HSV? I lay awake most nights worrying or researching on Internet. Every site I come up with a different answer or new symptom. I am at my wits end.

Whatever it is , it isn't caused by HIV.

Thank you Vance for the reassuring comment I am hoping that all the symptoms are just a culmination of the anxiety and stress I am expierencing over this episode. Once I started reading forums I could link every symptom to something that is happening to me. I have been very depressed and even suicidal over this. If it is 100% that if the sex was protected and secretions onto shaven skin can't transmit the virus I will be able to put this behind me. Hopefully the swollen glands are from the stress inflaming the HSV-2. Thanks again
