Scared

About a year ago, I went out alone and wound up being drugged and raped.  I don't know if protection was used and didn't go to the police.  I'm a guy and I was embarrassed and ashamed.  A few months afterward I started breaking out in hives all over my stomach, thighs, and buttocks.  Then my penis became very dry and clusters formed on the head.  I became terrified that I had an STD.  About a week after the clusters appeared, they went away.  Then I started bleeding from my anus.  I finally went to the doctor who tested me for everything but HIV.  He said that the symptoms I was having didn't sound like HIV, so he wasn't going to check me for it.  It's been about 7-8 months since I got tested and I still have the hives.  Then, just last night two white, raised spots appeared under the head of my penis on the underside.  Today they're just about gone.  The hives aren't as bad as they were when they first started, and honestly I think might have something to do with the stress of thinking that I'm HIV positive.  Here lately I've become extremely fatigued (just the other night/ day I slept for 5 hours at night, woke up for 3 hours, and slept for another 11 hours).  Anymore this seems typical. I'm tired all the time, I'm having black-out spells where I'll do something and not remember doing it (such as turning on a radio and opening a window for no reason), and I feel difficulty while breathing.
I've typed every symptom I've had since that night and now I just need to know: Do I need to get HIV tested?  The doctor I saw didn't think I did, but I'm freaking out because of these symptoms.
I also want to add that since HIV attacks your immune system, it's easier to catch colds, right?  Because I've been exposed to colds, H1N1, strep throat, etc and haven't caught any of those.  Am I freaking out over nothing?  PLEASE help me.

Symptoms that happen months after exposure have nothing to do with HIV. The symptoms will appear 2-4 weeks after infection and stay around for 1-2 weeks. The only symptom that can stay for months would be swollen glands. Please get tested if you are worried- there are many free clinics available and even free rapid tests.

If you were raped you should have already been tested for HIV. Symptoms will never tell you anything about your status. Your hives have nothing to do with HIV. Test now and your results will be conclusive.
