Scared!

Hi Dr,

I am a 34 year old male who did a very stupid thing three months ago. My wife has bi-polar disease and I was going out of my mind. I started looking outside for comfort which was extremely stupid. I was with three escorts in three separate circumstances in  a two month's time. Unprotected oral (cuniculus) and protected sex (latex condom). They all did oral on me but with condom. The first one asked me to take a shower first and then afterwards. The other two specified that they did not like fingering from any guy. That was October 26. I have a cough for the past three weeks or so but I have sinusitis since I was a ittle kid. My lower back hurts but no fever or night sweats. No rashes either. My armpits hurted a little but propably because I was messing with them a lot. I have been looking at my throat all the time...my body...I have always had white coating...and my teeth do not have the best health in the world. I have asked the escorts and they said they have no diseases. please help...what is your opinion...If I am ok I swear I will never do this stupid action again...I have learned my lesson and I will be a spokesman for hiv because I think stupid thoughts make you do stupid things and we need to avoid them...

maybe a stupid question...have there been cases of a negative at 3 months and then a positive at 6 months on a normal person?

Finally I did my 3 month test Oraquick Oral HIV 1/2 and it came back negative. I still have muscle aches, not as bad. The cough has gone away majorly in part because I started taking antibiotics the day after I tested. (Went to the doctor and he prescribed Zithromax). How conclusive is the 3 month test based on my risk? Is oral as conclusive as blood test, or should I follow it up with another test? I know this is due in great part to my anxiety but Teak, is the 3 month a conclusive test? Some people say 6...Thanks for your help. You guys do an incredible effort on this website and you are a blessing for those in distress and anxiety attacks...
