Should I be concerned yet?

So I had sex about a month ago with someone who turned out to be a sex worker. There was oral and anal. Everything was protected except for the end of the oral. I went to get tested two weeks later at my local free clinic that is run by the county. The doctor gave me a rapid test which came back negative. I did come back positive for herpes only to be told that I had it for a long time due to my results.

Fast forward to a month later (26/27 days). I got tested again mainly out of shock with the herpes. I still a, positive with herpes...I was hoping it was wrong...

I took the full STD panel which did an RNA HIV test. So at 4 was, my RNA HIV test was negative. How accurate is this at this point? Should I get tested again or with a negative RNA at 4 weeks is that pretty definitive?

We don't deal with "what if" questions. You never had an exposure.

I understand, but IF I did...I have HSV2. I only found out from a blood test. I only had unprotected sex twice and trusted the person so I would feel better personally if I were tested.

I agree, it may be a low risk, but still a risk. I just want to get tested with the right test to know. It has only been a month and so far I have been negative, but I want to know based on the tests I took, are the results at one month something that is reliable? If so can someone please let me know or give/ direct me to where/ how I can find out?

It is just that I cannot remember if the condom stayed on the whole time.

What would be the right test to take? I would like to rule it out with a test, it is a mental thing. I had a full STD check two weeks after and was negative, then the Qualitative RNA along with an abs -ICMA/ Qualitative after a month.

If you  had an exposure that would not be the correct test to take, but you never had an exposure. .

That's what I think too, it is just that I am concerned the condom came off during anal. If it did come off would a negative RNA be pretty reliable at 4 weeks?
