HIV Test Result Doubt

Hello,

I am a 25 year old male living in India and had sex with sex worker in Bangkok, Thailand. During the sex I wore a condom but the condom got torn in the middle of it. As far as I remember I do feel that she didn't discharged her fluids and I also had a minimal discharge, but still I am in immense amount of doubt and fear.

Recently after 13 days of this probable exposure, I got below test done with following results.

HIV 1 & 2 Rapid Test :      Results - Non reactive.
p 24 Antigen Serum Test : Results - Non reactive ; .294

I would request you if you can let me know what are the chances of me having HIV with following data. Secondly do i need to undergo any other tests and wait to get it done after 3 months.

Furthermore i have observed 1 small red bump on my chest and mild redness around that area. Another very tiny one on arm along with itching in lower back.

Please help me get done with this since in the fear of being Positive, I am dying everyday and abstaining to maintain sexual relation with my wife and this changed behavior of mine has already devastated us a lot. A clarity on same can help me saving her from this deadly disease.

According to CDC, any HIV test is conclusive if taken 12 weeks after an exposure, but you can take them before that, 3rd gen will give you an excellent indicator about your status around 6 - 8 weeks after exposure and 4th gen 4 - 6 weeks after exposure. A result given in those times is very unlike to change, but only a doctor, based on your risk level and his experience could advice you to skip the confirmatory test after 12 weeks post exposure.

Bleeding gums and small cuts doesn't make any difference unless they bleeding is profuse.

Your risk would depend on what kind of sex event you had, if was vaginal, on average your risk would be 1 in 2000 only if your partner was HIV+.

Hope this helps.
