I have had protected sex with a csw 18 months back and ever since I have had symtoms and I was diagnosed with diabeties and now I have frequent infections in my penis region and I have had cold sores at the of the exposure and now it came back also I have swollen painful lymph node on jaw
Lots of symtoms
And weakness
Frequent penile infections
And cold sores all the elevate my worry

It has nothing to do with HIV since you were never exposed. There are a whole lot of other diseases that can cause your problems. Go see a doctor and figure it out.
