Should I get test?

Dear Dr.
I probably had most crazy two days in my life, During 12/2012, I had a business trip to north china, in the weekend, around 12/15 and 12/16,  my friends invited me to singing club, and drinking with some girls (you can consider them as sex worker). there is no much described here, I just touched a few girl's nipple, and I do have a pretty deep cut on my left hand, it has be got 3 days ago, but no bleeding, one of girls touched my cut. a few kiss(not french one).  just drink too much, probable shared beer cup

on the 12/16 we also went to a massage place, I was naked, the worker is dressed, she massaged my back and leg. she also laid down on my body when I face up for a few minutes, I touched her nipple for a few time, and finally she offered me a hand job, I am not sure that she has cut on her hand, but I don't think she is bleeding, I generally have some sores  my back, and a little sore on my penis.

after 5 days later (12/21), I fly to south china, I started to have pretty bad fever (101F---102F) with joint pain, runny nose, pretty bad cough, and one big rush on my right shoulder (red patch with a lttle pump).  fever last about 5 days. rash last about 3 days (but recurring 2 days later, last another 1 days, then disappeared), runny nose disappeared 12 days after I went back to states,  I am still cough, (it is about 20 days, I think it will continue another week), and today when I coughed,  I start to get headache.

I am a little bit axious, .but not too much, since there is no unprotected intercourse.  I normally had very clean life
so I want to get some expert opinion.

1. Is there risk for me to get hiv infection?
2. are my symbols typical ARS? I know runny nose is not a symbol, but when I search online, it is a little bit confusion for me,  does fever with runny nose (won't consider as hiv symbols) or regardless runny nose, fever will be consider as symbol.
3. should I get a test?

Thanks

It does not require drying to render the virus inactive.

HIV does not survive well outside the body.
HIV has to be grown in large amounts to be studied in laboratories. Although HIV has been kept alive under certain laboratory conditions, medical authorities agree that the virus does not survive well in the environment.
CDC laboratory studies have shown that drying HIV reduces the viral amounts by 90 to 99 percent within several hours. The concentrations of HIV used in some laboratory studies have produced results that have been used to alarm people unnecessarily. The results are not meaningful because:
the concentrations of HIV used were many times greater than that found in patient specimens;
the amounts of virus studied are not found in nature;
and no one has been infected with HIV due to contact with an environmental surface.
HIV is unable to reproduce outside the human body, unlike bacteria or fungi which do so under suitable conditions.

hiv is transmitted through...
unprotected vaginal / anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

CLEARLY you can see that you did nothing that put you at risk.

you caught a common cold...not hiv.
