Should my partner be on nPEP

My partner was exposed to hiv during anal intercourse and is currently taking my Atripla. I am undetectable.  Should we continue the Atripla or should he be on nPEP at all ??

This should be immediately discussed by a doctor where he shall assess the risk and run a few tests for liver and kidney functions before he takes your pills. Medication will cause irreversible side effects if not supervised by a doctor

I agree with Lizzie Lou,He needs to see a doctor to assess the situation and discuss the option of nPEP.He shouldn't be taking your meds at all.

your partner should be under the care of your id dr and not being treated by you and taking your medicine.
