Single Elisa... enough? Scarred, please help

I took an ELISA test for HIV (MEIA 4° Generation), at 3 years of my possible exposure. Was so scarred to do it, that I didn't take it. It came back as non reactive, is that enough to determine I'm not infected? Or should I repeat it to confirm the negative result?
I read about a sensitivity of 99,5% can this affect a test taken outside the window period?

Thank you!

If 3 months is conclusive, 3 years would also be conclusive as long as you've never had another exposure 3 months before you test.

That means that there's no need to re-test and I can relax?

No you do not need to retest you were advised of that earlier.

Yeah, I know I posted before, but the problem is that the first test was 2 months after PEP, then I started to be so afraid that I never tested again. So I'm not sure to count the first test as valid. I read in the internet that PEP can delay seroconversion. So I'm seeking for a second opinion, on the reliability of this last test 3/4 years after the last risky situation.

You test 3 months post your last dose of nPEP.

Yes, the last one was 3 years after nPEP, but the first one just 2 months, as far as I know the first one was not conclusive. So I'm just considering the last test.

Thank you Teak, do you mean that I need a new test or I can consider the last one I took as conclusive?

Was your last test 3 months after your last dose of nPEP? If not you need to retest.

Yes, last one (and the only one 3 months after nPEP) was 3 years after last dose on nPEP. Can I trust in this negative test or should I re-test?

Hey Teak,
Is that conclusive? Sorry for being so insistent, but I'm really worried.

Thank you

Move along, there are only so many ways that you can be told that your test is conclusive.
