So scared and worried

My story is like this: I met a 37 year old woman and the next day I had a protected sex with her but she performed unprotected oral on me. I didn't do any oral on her. While we were having sex I was unable to ejeculate so she decided to perform the oral, I throw the condom away, then after I ejeculate we talked for about 15 minutes but both of us wanted to have sex and I used the same condom, which this time it was inside-out, I mean the vaginal semen and fluids part was wraped on my penis from inside, after that I had a UTI, the doctor gave me doxicycline 100mg for 10 days, the uti was gone then days later The doctor tested me for STD's, herpes,gonorhea,chlymedia,... All came back negative, and he tested me hiv1/hiv2 rDNA EIA by Abbott lab,it came back negative, but he tested me 2 weeks after my possible exposure, After a month from my possible exposure I decided to test again so I went to a clinic and get tested for HIV 1/0/2 icma by labcorp it came back negative, so my first test was 2 weeks after and the second test was a month after posiible exposure, how accurate are these tests after 2 weeks and after one month?? I'm so worried I have to test again but I'm so scared! What are my chances of being infected with HIV?
one thing that keeps me in thinking about HIV is that I used the condom twice but second time I used it inside-out and my penis and mocus memberence was exposed to her vaginal semen and fluids... So I agree that HIV once hits the air then it becomes inactive but here the semen and her fluids were inside the condom, I mean when I used this condom for the first time and I put it away so while putting it out u roll the condom upwards so the side of it which was exposed to her semen and fluids were closed inside a condom after I rolled it to put the condom away, NOW the most crazy thing i'v ever did in my life was using that nasty condom again and putting it on and this was in a way that the wet part which was her vaginal fluid and semen part were touching my penis and mocus inside the condom.
((second time that I used the condom inside-out was 10 Minutes later))
The DOC told me that my act was like not using a condom at all and thats a high risk.
Now I'm having sinusitis and I can feel my lymphs in leg armpit arms .. But there are no swollen ones, I just feel also one under my right nipple it's not swollen and it's normal but u touch and press it it hurts, that's strange. I'm really worried, & another thing is that that woman told me that he had a long term relationship with an eastern-Europe guy and all the sex between them were without condoms including vaginal and anal. And when I think of meeting and having sex right after! It's like one night stand so it's possible she would be doing this with anyone.
And when I asked her about her health she became mad at me and threatened me to not call her anymore cause she said she is clean and she said that she should be scared instead of me!!!... and can anyone please explain me HIV1/HIV2 rDNA EIA test by Abbott lab after two weeks(12-13 days)... Cause I think it's an antibody test for two strains of HIV. And how accurate was that after 13 days?? I'v also done another test which was HIV 1/0/2 icma by labcorp after 32 days from my sex with that woman. So someone please tell me about my chances of having the virus...and about the test which all came back negative. Thank u so much for giving ur time by reading this post.
