Again, if you want an opinion from a physician here, you need to post in one of our Expert forums. All of our non-expert forums are designed for patient-to-patient communications.
Since this forum is clearly not what you had in mind, we'll close this thread now.

NO FURTHER POSTS, PLEASE.
If you would like a physician to reply, you'll need to pay a fee and post your question in our Expert forum. However, the answer you receive will not vary. A review article, as you know, is and invited publication. There aren't any studies based on funded research programs that cite definitive evidence of HIV being transmitted by oral sex.
This site's stance will not change unless such evidence is unveiled.
No incident HIV infections among MSM who practice exclusively oral sex.

These are not peer reviews these are actual studies.
You can't find one verified article that states anyone has ever contracted HIV from oral sex. You state you are a Physician which I would doubt that would site peer reviews.
Actually, that's not completely factual... I posted this question after having read everything on the forum. And, I'm a healthcare professional (physician), so I'm not naive to this topic (Or other Infectious Disease Topics). And, I was hoping to get a response from another physician. Are you a physician or a PhD in Infectious Disease, Microbiology, Immunology, or Parasitology? There are several studies that show that HIV has probably been passed from MSM through oral sex with ejaculation. That's why I asked this question for my friend, to gain greater clarity since there is a disconnect between what is being posted on this forum and what I've read in Peer-Reviewed Journals with articles from Distinguished Researchers and Physicians on this Topic.
A Review Article appearing in Oral Diseases (2006) actually provides several specific studies on this topic, many of which suggest that HIV "CAN" be transmitted from Oral Sex with Ejaculation among MSM:

If you reviewed everything then you know oral sex is not a risk for HIV.
STD questions post in the STD forum.
BTW, my friend reports that he did not have any oral (throat or other) lesions prior to the sexual encounter.
