Can sore throat be a symptom of anxiety. It has been 12 days since I had protected sex and I feel that my throat is sore. During no part of sex did I use my mouth for anything.

It has been 20 days now. I have had this severe flu for 3 days and feeling so feverish. Its only during the 4 hours that paracetamol has effect that i dont feel feverish. After the 4 hours the fever feeling begins. I am quiet concerend now. I have been telling myself that I am fine but just one over the other keeps coming up. And since I am around the average 21 days for fever and other symptoms I am even more worried. Please advise if this is normal for anxiety or what.
