Stiff lymph node on neck, mild fever for 5 days

Dear all,

The last 5 days have fever 37 to 37.9 Celsius and two of my lymph nodes on the side of the neck are stiff like small stones.
I also feel my neck stiff in the mornings and the pain goes away during the day.
I have no white stuff on my tonsils, no pain in my ears, no coughing and my lungs and respiratory system are clear.
when I take a anti-fever medicine the fever goes away for a while.

One month ago I had a relationship where I had for some seconds intercourse due to broken condom, and I also had oral sex with out condom. I realized that she had bleeding gums and so we had oral sex only twice.
I don't know if that woman had HIV or something; I broke up once I learnt that she had many relationships-experiences in the past and she never did an HIV test.

Is it possible that my current state is related to the HIV flu like symptoms??

I will see a doctor also in a couple of days-but my mind goes crazy all these days.

Thank you in advance.

Symptoms or lack there of will not tell you your status. You can test 3 months post exposure to obtain your conclusive test results.
