Syringe risk

My friend injected a anabolic last Monday. Now he is concerned about HIV because he didn't see the guy who injected him. Let's suppose the guy touched the tip of the syringe, what are his risks? Also what if his blood touch the syringe and then he injected him. I know he is over reacting but can you please help me with this?


Personally, I should thanks Teak for helping me in a previous personal fear of being infected.
