Stress

Dear Doctors,

I am a male and I had a low risk exp(oral) with another male . this happenned 8 weeks ago.
i had a duo test at 8 weeks which came back negative. i am still very worried though and i cannot focus on my life. Could you please reply on the following points?

a) is my test conclusive?the guy was a massage parlor so he might be positive.
b)would it be even in the riskiest exposure one can imagine?
C) if i havent produced antibodies wouyld duo still detect p24?
d)i was diagnosed with oral thrush. can this happen to healthy people? i never had one and i am panicking. it is very persistent and although my tongue has now been cleared almost 80 pc it is extremely sore.
I was taking antihistamines and dexamethasone in nasal spray for rinitis. can this cause thrush according to your understanding?
e)thrush is caused due to weakened immune system, therefore i might not be able to produce antibodies yet so my duo might be false negative. do you agree?
f) can i move on with my life feeling confident for my health?
g) i have a positive frd. can i feel safe with casula contact like sharing a pen, or shaking hands etc?

You never had a risk in the first place and therefore you wasted time and money testing for nothing, not to mention the stress you put yourself through which was not justified.

You did not have a low risk your didn't have a risk at all. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.
