Sucking nipples- any risk?

Dear Sir,
Almost 10 months ago, I performed an unprotected oral sex on an India Highway sex worker. During the oral sex she gave me a blowjob for about 2 mins (I have a foreskin on my penis), I didnt ejaculate in her mouth. Then, I sucked her nipples for about 2 mins... meanwhile I tested something starnge (bloodlike) in my mouth so I stopped sucking her nipples, as far as I remmeber i didnt see blood anywhere near her nipples, and most probably I didnt swallow it too.
After 2 n half month I had an ulcer in my mouth, and I also developed rashes on my back and chest too..reddish bumps (small ones) sometimes itchy too... then, I also fell ill at the 8th month later... rashes are still there on my back n chest...
What should I do? Should I be worried of possible HIV infection? Because apart from these I havent develop and other syntomps of HIV...

No reason to test, this is not a risk.

you dont have to be worried..go see a doctor regarding your helath prob..not related to hiv

hiv is spread by

from mother to unborn child
sharing of iv needles
