Very worried

12 days ago, I was in bar and I had very deep French kisses with an escort. No sex, we were having our clothes. When I left the bar, I found out that I forget that I had two ulcers, one in my mouth and the other in the back of my lips. I am so afraid because starting 2 days ago, I am having muscles and joins ache like when one have a flu. No fever, no sore throt, no rash, no swollen nodes, just muscles and join aches. What are my chances to have been infected ? Do I need to test and when ?. Thank you for your help

Ian not talking about kissing but French kissing with two mouth sore. Do you mean I can sleep with my girlfriend without risk for her ? It is very important for me, I do not want to put any one at risk. Also on a French HIV site, a doctor told me that I need to test. What should I do ? Help please
