worried! about hiv

i am very very worried i was seeing this girl for a little and her ex boyfriend was a herion addict and he injected a few times i guess he said that he tried it and i had unprotected sex with her for a minute to two minutes at most until i was worried so i put on a condom and now i am completely terrified that i got hiv she said that she didnt have it but i have no idea if she even got tested or what not i am sooo scared because of her ex boyfriend and since he said that he injected before i think to myself what if he had hiv and when i had unprotected sex with her it was at the very end of her period so what if there was blood you know? I live in a town where my doctor even said he hasnt seen anyone with hiv but i am still completely scared please give me advice i have been lokking up symptoms of hiv and looking at my skin if i have a rash and ive had a headache and im just so worried please help

Its up to you how you handle this situation but only a test result at 3 months post-exposure is going to provide you with the answers you seek and relieve that stress and worry.

Don't look for symptoms of HIV, they're terrible indicators of HIV.

Yeah, you had an obvious reason to worry because you had unprotected vaginal sex with her. While your doctor was unlikely to lie about the statistics, you would better get tested at 3 months post-exposure for a conclusive negative result.
