Symptoms or flu?

I had protected sex with a girl who I barely knew.  I used a condom but befor I put it on I kinda rubbed her "you know what" with my fingers.  I had a cut on my finger from reaching into my bag and cutting it on a disposable razor.  It was not bleeding but had not healed and I am worried because I may got fluid in cut.  It was almost a month ago and I have stiff knees and my nose is stuffed up really bad. I am coughing up green "gunk".  Is having lots of flem and stiff joints a symplton to be worried about.  I read on a prior question that some people can have symptoms like this but maybe I just got the flu. Lets hope.  what are the symptoms a person should look for? Also is my risk terrible?

You didn't have a risk from fingering, cut or no cut and your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV. See your doctor for your symptoms if they concern you.
