you don't need anymore testing...you don't have HIV.

I tested via elisa 132 days post exposure, rapid at 150 days postexposure and then again via rapid 158 days post exposure. For peace of mind i am going to get a final elisa done in about two and a half weeks but i was just wondering about the syringe in case she used his on me although she says she didnt..and she tested the last time with me and she was negative after also having unprotected sex with him multiple times but i know that is lower risk than needle sharing

If you shared a needle, you need to be tested at 3 months post exposure.

Yes, who tested negative.. But she had two needles and says we only used hers..the others was her ex boyfriends who had used it about 2 1/2 weeks before..im just wondering in case she really used his on me bc she did it to me before she did it to herself. This was almost 6 months ago

What I meant then was of an HIV+ person used a needle and say just rinsed it out with water..how long would / could the virus stay active in the syringe

HIV isn't alive. It's either active or inactive.
