LOL...no overreaction, nPEP comes with REAL risks, they are extremely power antiviral medications. Your fear is way misplaced. You're not at all worried about taking a powerful medication for NO reason, yet you're worried about HIV, which is not a concern for you. Wait til you end up with liver failure.
Also, because you did not PAY for the nPEP, does not mean it was "free". Someone, somehow, somewhere, will pay for that. It's wasteful, and it was never necessary.
You seriously need to move on now....we've said all we need to say...you're just posting excessively at this point. Hope you get some professional help.

1. Living in Germany has it's perks. One of them is that HIV treatment is fully covered by the state, including PEP treatment. So I did not spend a single euro/dolar.
2. I think you are over-reacting about the fact that PEP can kill me. There are millions of HIV patients or people on PEP that take these drugs. Why are said this?
You are needlessly spending $1000s of dollars on a treatment that could kill you because you are mentally hung up on HIV. It is not an efficient treatment in your case- it is a harmful one. The money would be better spent on mental help.
You were given nPEP for no reason, you had no risk & you don't need testing. What you need to do is seek professional help right away.
Move along, you never had an exposure.
