Do I need HIV test?

I am 23. Male from Asia. My english is terrible. plz understand.T.T slept with 2girls, 2weaks age. I used condom and after I ejaculated, I could see semen at the top of condom. Does that mean condom wasn't break or rip? And I did cunnilingus for one girl. Is Cunnilingus very very low risk or No risk? I couldn's see any blood on her body. Thank you for your kind answer.
