Test result or symptomes

Hi doctors. My last exposure in UK was receiving oral sex
She put lubricator on her vagina then she used same hand to put condom on me I received oral and I ejaculated then she gave me wet tissue and I cleaned my penis with it contacted my top penis. Then she used a cream to give my back a massage
My worries started when I check the symptoms on the internet
I developed night fever and sore throat first week doctor gave me paracetamol and during third and fourth week I experienced sore throat again and muscles fatigue pain and when getting too anxious I notice red spots on front of my hand stays for minutes and disappear. 29 days after exposure I did insti test and duo combined test both came negative.
Couple of days I had pain in my left testicles and then burn sensation and blood at end of urination the doctor took urine sample and gave me antibiotic for a week until getting result back from the lab
Within the week no more blood and burn but the urine test came back negative so I started be worried again of HIV as there is no clear diagnosis  to my symptoms I decided to do another test doctor here in UK told me I thrust the duo test result but I will repeat it for you. So I did duo test 6 weeks 42.5days the result was negative too.
A week after I had very strong sore throat and fever doctor gave me paracetamol for five days and my throat recovered but I still feel am having fever at night and I am having burning in my lips and top mouth.
1.My concerns is with this symptoms can I thrust the test results after 29 & 42 days post exposure?
2. Is the lips and tongue burning after the last test means I need to retest?
3. Is it possible that might be HIV 2 which duo test couldn't detect
4 testing after 90 days is it possible to turn to positive
5 is the contact of her hand with her vaginal fluid and massaging me or using the wet tissue possible risk as I have some acne on my back

Thanks for your efforts

I appreciate your reply but can I consider this test conclusive I am still worried although I was told low risk as I read some sites say 6 months testing requires.

OBVIOUSLY your "symptoms" have absolutely NOTHING to do with hiv, since you NEVER had an exposure.

If you are concerned about your symptoms see your doctor, they have nothing to do with HIV.
