Test results

I was tested for HIV on 3 occasions, the most recent test was 14 weeks after exposure. The test was described as "antibody by Enzyme immunoassay (EIA) with reflex to Western Blot Confirmation".  Are there different tests that are more accurate or is this a reliable confirmation and no further testing is needed?

Thank you so much, my anxiety is starting to slowly disappear but this has been the longest 4 months of my life. Thanks again for the reassurance.
