HIV risk

hello
I recieved oral sex from a women before 1 month, because of the mouth force on the penis i found little cut on the bottom skin of my penis when i am washing my penis after ejeculating i saw little blood coming from it and was cured in the next day, but she had no blood in the mouth. I tested for HIV after 4 weeks of this exposure the result came as Negative. Should i worry in future.
