Hello. I did two hiv testes, first PCR after 80 hours from risk situation, second, regular one third generation (think so) after 2 months from risk situation, both negative. Can someone please tell me how reliable are those resoults, i know that i'll have to repeat theme again after one month, but i'm so scare, should i belive theme at all? Thanks for help.

80 hours is to early for any test.

I think PCR at 80 hours was pretty early; I'm not sure I'd trust that one. A two-month negative is very encouraging and means you are probably fine, but you need to test at three months to be sure.

If you received a negative on the Elisa test 2 months after your risk (not sure what your risk was, do you care to share) ... that is a GREAT sign of your true status.  Test again at 12 weeks and collect your good news!
