Testing Conclusive

Dear Forum,

My question relates to exposure risk, if any, and when I can safely accept my results so that I can move on. My exposure was insertive oral sex, at a massage parlor in the United States. I did not ask for oral sex, and the entire exposure was less than seven seconds. I immediately stopped her.

Since then, I have spent a considerable time researching on the internet, as well as this forum (only recently), and have not been able to reach comfortable level surrounding me not putting myself at risk.

. My only true symptom has been diarrhea that has lingered for on or off for the last few months. My doctor is attributing this to stress. No fever, a brief sore throat and small rash on my buttocks that lasted 3 days (very small).

I have had significant testing done - this was mostly due to the fact that my primary care doctor never made comfortable to begin with.

My testing:

20 Days Post Exposure: PCR DNA Test (Labcorp)
6 Weeks Post Exposure: Lab Drawn Elisa Testing (3rd Gen I believe)
8, 9 and 12 weeks from Exposure - Rapid Testing At HIV Clinic
13 Weeks - Lab Drawn Elisa Testing
16 and 18 Week Rapid Testing Done At HIV Clinic

All my tests were negative, and I had a CBC and Complete Metabolic Panel done, all normal at the 15 and 18 week mark.

My questions are as follows:
Would my PCR DNA test at 20 days paired with an 18 week (4.5 months) negative antibody test be considered conclusive?
Can I stop testing and have the complete assurance that I am not infected?
If ARS / early hiv would Diarrea last this long? (3+ Months)

I desperately want to stop testing, and move on, but am really struggling to do so. Anyone with previous experiences and or feedback on my note / questions who can help certainly is much appreciated...

Teak thank you for your response-

So there is no chance that HIV can be transmitted through insertive oral sex?

Based on my testing alone - is this considered conclusive?

Thank you for such a prompt response...

You never had a risk and didn't need testing.
