can gonorrhea become hiv?

Can gonorrhea become hiv? Or it is posible that anyone infected with gonorhea transmit gonorhea and hiv at the same time? Ive been infected by gonorrhea before.. and my gf is telling me signs or symptoms of not just std gonorrhea but hiv.. im so scared now.. because ive been only tested before for std and not hiv so dont really know if im hiv infected.. but last october i undergo medical tests fo work purpose.. they took blood & urine samples for me to find out if i got any desease ang i came out clean.. no findings in my medical test.. im just so scared ryt now because of the sign or symptoms shes saying to me and by looking at it in the internet it my be sign of hiv.. can it be possible that i got hiv and not detected it on my medical tests? Or can gonorrhea can become hiv? Im so scared ryt now and could not stop thinking abou it.. il be thankfull for you peoples response..

Gonorrhea cannot become HIV....did you get treated ?? just looking at the symptoms one cannot tell about HIV infection....the only way is to get tested..In october you came clean...but the question is:
a) when was your last unprotected exposure(protected is considered low risk)
b) When you got tested in october, before that when you had your last exposure
It is better to get your gf also tested.

Symptoms are really not indicative in case of HIV..don't rely on it

Thank you so much.. my last exposure is first week of sept, i got infected and got treated also with in that month.. they injected me antibiotic and after 2 days the symptoms are gone.. but now i hav this uncomfortbale and annoying feeling in my penis.. could that infection come back? Im so afraid now because of this & my gf telling me that signs shes telling me.. im so afraid i got hiv & not knowing it the transmited it to her.. im so worried.. thank you so much..

This forum is HIV specific. You can obtain your conclusive HIV test results 3 months post exposure.

Gonorrhea is a bacteria. Hiv is a virus.
