I had a two low risk encounters, I was ok for a while and didn't think much about it until I started looking online and started doing my own research after reading many stories  I came in panic and started worrying very much till a point where I couldn't live a normal life no more, I got tested 7 months after the risk event with Oraquick home Test purchased at Walgreens,  and tested negative, I did another Oraquick today which is about 14 months and was also negative,  are this tests 100% reliable at that time even though they were not taken at a lab or with blood samples?

Thanks everyone for answering my questions, this will help at least a little step to stop worrying so much and enjoy my life, I'm getting married next year and just want to enjoy this times in my life that should be happy times

Thank you very much for the detailed info,  that makes perfect sense since I was so nervous the first time I rushed and skipped rushed through reading the instructions, that's why I couldn't remember if i had water thirty minutes within the time, but after that I'm sure I did it right thanks again for your help it is very appreciated,

Reading through different threads here I see that the most common question on this forum is HIV and oral sex, I posted I had two low risk encounters because all over the internet I found that infection could be possible through oral sex and that was my case two unprotected oral sex incidents (never penetration with out condom) and in this forum it is stated that this is no way get infected, I'm not planning on ever doing it again but it does make feel better hearing from experts to state that oral sex is no risk for infection of HIv

Being nervous will have no effect on the tests outcome. What the manufacturer implies is that if you are nervous you might not follow the instructions carefully.
The Oraquick home test is a very good test and has been evaluated, however  it cannot offer one on one, face to face support and advice for folks that may have limited cognitive capabilities, or reading comprehension issues.
Based on your posting you do not fit either category and did the test just fine.
In addition you took more than one, reducing the margin of error even further.
You do not have HIV.

Yes I followed the instructions, I have to point that I was very nervous when I took the first test and didn't read the instructions very well I didn't remember if I had drank water within the previous 30 minutes so I went back to walgreens and bought a second test and this time made sure I followed the instructions according to the video on their website..
  I got one line on the control line on both tests .

the test I took today, I also made sure to follow the instructions.
Does being very nervous could have an effect on the test looking for anti bodies? It says on the box that if you feel extremely nervous you should wait and get tested at a clinic .    I also got my fiancé to test with me today and hers is also negative as we'll.

If you followed the instructions that comes with the kit and waited sufficiently long enough after possible risk event (12 weeks) which you have and the control line "C" showed up then the test ran its course and did not detect antibodies to the virus.
Sensitivity and specificity of this test are very similar to lab based blood tests.
Oral swab tests have been around for almost 10 years now . The home version was released to the public  sometime last year.
So they have been around and have been evaluated.
A negative test is conclusive but a positive must be verified with another test .

I got paranoid when I read in a forum a story about a guy that supposed to have tested negative with these rapid tests and that they didn't detect it till he got tested by blood, I need to listen to people and stop doing research on my own I wish I had asked this question a long time ago.

Would you mind explaining how these tests work compared to Blood tests?

I forgot to mention the reason why I'm doubting this tests is for things I read online which I know can't be as accurate as asking experts and also because when I told my Doctor about these tests he seemed to not be aware of such tests and couldn't give me much information that got me a bit nervous although he said if was approved by FDA it should be reliable .
