Please stop repeating the same stuff. We have already informed you that you would've tested positive. Everything else you're adding onto it is just overkill.
You're asking of antigens are detectable on the test? Why would the test say it looks for antigens and antibodies, and not be able to detect antigens?

It means your immune system is already destroyed and messed up. You would know if you were once of these people.
It does not matter what your symptoms are. If they were HIV, you would've tested positive.

Compromised immune system ? What does that mean ?
12 weeks is for the extremely conservative and those with compromised immune systems who take a little while longer to create antibodies.

Don't get confused with symptoms, these symptoms do not mean much and mostly misleading because HIV related symptoms are similar to those, due to other common illnesses. Secondly, many actually infected people remain totally asymptomatic. Therefore believe your test report, instead of the symptoms.
Your test reports are final and conclusive,You do not have HIV and do not need any further testing. Calm down, throw all the residual worries related to HIV away permanently and move on with your life.
Consult a doctor for the complaints you have, certainly not because of HIV
