Dude, you really need to let this go. Your anxiety is way overboard for this "risk" you talk about. Some things you should consider.
Heterosexual transmission from female to male is extremely unlikely. Insertive (inserting your penis into the vagina) vaginal sex is not an ideal mode of transmission for the HIV virus. Second, in the US, only 1.1 million people in a population of 300 million are HIV+, that about .5% of the population. It is exceedingly unlikely your partner even had HIV.
Third, the odds of a male contracting HIV from a one-time, unprotected encounter with a female partner of unknown status is 1 in a 1,000,000.
Four, the docs who used to man the Expert forum generally would not recommend testing for these sorts of one time encounters due to the 1 in a  1,000,000 odds. Your blood tests at 11 weeks were probably close to 99% accurate. The same test at 4 weeks is 95%. Your initial Oraquick after your 11 weeks test confirms that test result. Please keep in mind, the more tests you take, the greater your odds of receiving a false positive. Is that what you really need?
Bottom line, you did not contract HIV from the exposure you describe. Trust the test, you are HIV negative.
