The stranger of finger pricking blood might contaminate the cotton i used

Hi, I am very concerning that the guy before me who drew some blood by the nurse in the pricking way might leave some blood on the cotton bag. After the pricking, he dropped his first cotton real fast, soon her realized that his finger was still bleeding, thus, he took another piece of cotton out the cotton bag on the 'blood drawing site', i feel dreadful about it because he might leave some blood on the rest of the cottons in the cotton plastic bag and contaminated it.. what should i do? Am i at risk?

HIV is transmitted by 1) having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or 2) sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

Anything else you can think of is not a risk. No one has ever been infected by a "contaminated" cotton ball. You had NO RISK for HIV.

The nurse gave me the one cotton ball out of the same plastic bag just a couple minutes after he finished the finger pricking, if he did leave some blood on the the cotton ball i used, am i at risk? Was it a risk putting the cotton ball on my tiny hole on my finger, a direct contact with the blood? Thanks in advance
No risk.
NO.  I already answered that question. You just repeated the same scenario using different words.  You will never be at risk unless you share needles or have unprotected sex.
Understood. Thank you.
