I am 20 years old and American. I encountered a sex worker in my trip to india. I had protected oral and then protected intercourse all of which lasted me less then 2 min. I was scared and quickly checked for leaks by putting water into the condom. I then rinsed my hands and the top of my penis with soap. All of that went into a bucket of water which i then threw onto myself. I had forgotten i had gotten cuts on my foot from wearing new shows so im not sure if i could be infected that way. But a day later i had nausea. And my head ached a bit but i disregarded it judging it the cause of the beer i had drank the night before. I then felt a lot of fatigue 2 nights later at which time i had also drank a lot of alcohol. On the flight back i was very tired and went to sleep. I had to run to the bathroom twice. Once i arrived to America which was 4 day after the encounter i developed a sore throat and swollen throat. I have had diarrea for 2 days after that. The nausea had been relieved but i did still have dizzyness. 4-5 days later my back would hurt every time i breath. Which also faded away. I have been tested for hiv twice and that came up negative. I began to have weak joints lately. I have also had very light headaches that last about 2-3 hours and then go away. I have also had a sort of heavy feeling on the right side of my head...sort of like a sinus infection.

Im scared some one help me!!! I dont wanna die. This was the first time i had sex.

Since then it has been 2 weeks. My symptoms are fading away slowly. I had 2 doctor visits and have done a blood test, stool culture, and urine test, and a antibodies test for hiv and all came back negative. Now what is bothering me is the symptoms that remind me that i might have hiv!!!

No way possible. HIV does not stay active outside its host. At no time were you at risk.

I did without thinking take the condom with me in the shower and put water in it to test for leaks is possible that the virus could have gone into the water bucket tht was then used to clean my penis?

You had no risk of contracting HIV as you used protection. There is no way on earth you can get HIV through cuts on your feet. HIV is not your concern - no way, no how. See a doctor for your symptoms.
