You're not listening.  The ONLY way you can get HIV are in the ways Teak has listed.  That's IT.  If you didn't do anything on that list (and no, your scenario is NOT the same), then you didn't have a risk, period!

Ok. But I though HIV targeted specific cells that had certain sockets where it would dock. When I cleaned my penis after HIV infected liquid accidentaly got on me, I tried to clead my penis tip with tissue. I am afraid might have inserted a small quantity INSIDE URETHRA (while rubbing inside in stupid attempt to clean good). THEN SYMPTOMS AS STATED ABOVE. Those target cells are inside urethra.???

No there is not any documented cases of HIV transmission in that manner. You never had an exposure.

But people in health care setting get it when blood splatters in their eyes? I think there are some documented cases.

You read wrong. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers

I may have gotten a mild fever. Very slight achy back. One day lose stool. Little red dots/rash that was concentrated in a small area in my back (it would fit into the area the size of iphone). It rash was not spread out. It was kind of together in that area.

I was reading the urine mixed with blood/ or cum if it got INSIDE your urethra it could be infections. Specially if it was fresh. Kind of like when blood splatters into your eye in surgery.
