one insertion in the anus?

im 27 male last monday jan 7 2011 mid night we went out and looked for a sex worker i was too drunk then.
then came this lady with an unknown status of hiv.
so i picked her up , and inside the room i was too tired and drunk. that i havent realized that the lady inserted my penis in her anus. so i woke up and pushed her away coz i cant have an erection and . i said i need condom,
then i went to bed again then she spit inside the condom and wore it in my penis and i tried to insert my penis inside her vagina, but i really cant have an erection,
so we stopped,
after that she told me that tomorrow i'll have  gonorrhea, and after 10 years i'll have hiv.
sunday jan 9 2011 i felt very tired that the whole day i slept and i felt a little pain and discomfort in my lower back
tuesday jan 11 2011 i saw a little pimple just (one) in my penis so i went to the doctor
that day. and told evrything. the doctor gave me a shot he said prophylaxes just to be sure and gaved me a couple of medicines  as of now  its january 21 2011 i feel very tired and i'll but the words of the doctors gives me strength the doctor said that you won't have gonorrhea  so i asked if i might have caught hiv? he said i dont see signs of hiv infection,
but i kept on asking what was the back pain in my lower back, and why was i very tired  and why was i having night sweats ?
he doesnt even adviced me to take hiv test after 3 month because it's nothing
he told me that hiv cases in our place is low or almost zero.
but now im taking vco 6 tablespoons daily before i'll take hiv test after 3 months.
what are the odds of inserting a penis just once in a anus of  suspected hiv sex worker?
what are the odds of having hiv if she spitted in my condom and wore it?
note: before i had a sexual encounter i already have a cough and before  he gaved me prophylaxes then i had nightsweats dearhea
  and i had this pimple liked that appeared after sex?
as f now im already taking vco they said that it lowers the viral load, just for me to minimize it if i would be positive or will would you think i'll have hiv?

It's believed that saliva doesn't contain any/enough of the HIV virus to infect a person. With regards to the inserting of your penis into her anus that does pose a potential risk for HIV but alot more likely other STD's. As you are sexually active person you should get a FULL STD check Inc HIV/AIDS anyway. With regards to getting HIV in 10 years sounds like she was trying to scare you, if she had HIV and you contracted it you would have it know NOT in 10 years. I think the adverse risk of contracting HIV from one anal episode is 1 in 300.
