Truvada PEP relapsed should I take 15 more pills?

I'm taking truvada for 15 days now and I relapsed to bottom without condom. I finished the pills in 15 more days. Should I get another 15 pills for 15 more days? I'm going crazy. Please advice...

You "relapsed" meaning you put yourself at risk again?  You need to go to a doctor/clinic, and seek out an opinion about whether it is okay (or necessary) to do another course of nPEP.  nPEP is not like a vitamin, and you shouldn't be expecting to take it every time you make an irresponsible decision.  There are significant risks to your health with nPEP, let alone extended regimens.

Is your partner confirmed positive?

nPEP has to be started within 72 hours of exposure, and the whole course (usually 30 days) must be taken in order for it to be maximally effective.

If you continue to put yourself at risk in this manner, sadly, your chances of eventually becoming + are pretty high, being that you are engaging in one of the highest risk activities out there.

You MUST start using condoms for anal sex.  End of story.

Get yourself to a clinic for an IN PERSON medical assessment.  This is something beyond the scope of casual internet advice.

Good luck.
