Unprotected oral and protected virginal (Do I need to rest)

Thank you for your time in advance.
I recently had an unprotected oral sex with a sexy worker in China during the shower and before the protected virginal sex for about 5 mins. Then we had about 10 mins protected virginal sex (with condom), during which she licked my nipple and chest.
I took a shower immediately after.

For the case described above,
1. May I know if there are  any risks for any STDs and HIV?
2. Do I need a HIV test at some stage?
3. Am I still considered to be safe to have unprotected sex with my regular partner?

Thanks very much and appreciate your precious time in advance. Cheers

The risks for HIV include having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. So, you had zero risk for HIV. You don't need to test and can have sex with your regular partner. Air and saliva inactivate the virus when you received oral sex and the condom was your barrier for protection against HIV and other STD's for the vaginal sex. In terms of STD's, you'll need to post on the STD forum for that question.
