Update HIV cases from vaginal oral sex during menstruation

After searching the internet, there’s articles and information from 25 years to present about acquiring HIV from oral vaginal sex.  Recently, I had oral vaginal sex on a sex worker in Central America for 1-3 minutes.  Afterward, I realized she had begun her period.  I did not aggressively suck or lick her vagina.  My mouth has no sores, cuts, etc.  Have there been any up to date cases of getting HIV from this activity?  Should I get tested?

Thank you for the recent health facts.
