Urgent risk evaluation

Hello,
I am seeking your advice on a very important matter.
About 6 months ago I engaged in unprotected oral sex (receiver) and protected normal sex with a very promiscuous girl. I am uncertain about her HIV status but I know she sleeps around with people that offer her various incentives.
During protected vaginal sex she started bleeding consistently. I did not notice and continued to have sex with her for 5-7 minutes more. When I noticed the bleeding I stopped but blood was on my groin area, base of my penis (even a little under the condom, at the base were it was rolled down), on my hands and fingernails. As I said...the condom was rolled down to the base of my penis. Also it is important to say that I had a fresh trim of my groin area, about 10 hours before sex.
6 weeks later after this exposure I got a complete blood test, including HIV test, and all the results came back good. I was HIV negative.
About a month ago (5 months post exposure) I began developing a brownish rash on my left armpit. The brown spots are 2-3 cm wide, they are not soar and do not itch. At the same armpit I discovered a minuscule lump (the size of a needle head). It appears to be only at the lever of the skin. I am not sure if it is a swollen lymph node or a pimple. The rash has been going on for a month and did not dissapear, but I started treating it only a few days ago.
I fear:
- blood from the girl could have infected me with HIV through the area where I was freshly trimmed.
- blood could have infected me through the hands, although i did not have any cut that i remember.
- blood could have gone under the condom and reached the tip of my penis and infect me.
- my 6 weeks negative test was not conclusive

What do you think?
Should I retest again?
I am very worried and seeking a sincere advice.
Thank you in advance!

Pls. I seek urgent advice.
I got my blood test results. I am HIV negative, and apparently HCV and HB negative.
But my other liver tests GOT/ASAT/AST and GPT/ALAT/ALT have 3-4 time the normal values. I am very afraid that this is the beginning of developing some form of Hepatitis.
I know this is not the HEP forum, but pls tell me what should I do. I am devastated.
Could I have gotten Hep B or Hep C from unprotected oral sex or my exposure to vaginal blood?

Find another doctor who knows how Hiv is transmitted because that doctor has no idea what he,s talking about. You don,t require any testing at all.

I went to a doctor today, and he recommended full blood works. He scared me even more. Tomorrow I will get tested for everything...HIV, Hep B, Hep C.
I am more afraid now that the doctor considered that I should get all my blood tests.
After all ...I was covered in vaginal blood, which I think is more infectious than simple vaginal secretions....

That 6 week negative test result and the fact that you never had a risk is proof that you 100% don,t have Hiv.

She was never tested. I live in a place where prostitutes don't get periodical tests.
I am very afraid.
Do you think my prior 6 weeks test result was a good indicator that I don't have HIV?

It,s still no risk because Hiv becomes inactive as soon as it is exposed to air and therefore is unable to infect you.If she was a prostitute, she most likely had to get tested every 3 months aswell.Your safe and you had no risk.

I have posted a question earlier, but it disappeared. I found out that the girl I was talking about in my previous posts used to work as a prostitute.
I am very afraid I came in contact with her blood, even if i was protected by a condom.
What if I got HIV from the blood that covered my groin area? What is I got HIV from the moments in which I washed of the blood from my penis?
Pls help me with an answer.

You had a no risk situation, therefore you never needed to test in the first place.  Any test you have will be negative.

I have read your replies...And I continue to imagine the worst.
Are you saying my 6 weeks test is useless?
And what about my risk situation? Any chances of contracting HIV from such an exposure?
Pls help

That is totally up to you, I am merely going by what the CDC says and a few other very reputable websites including the doctors on this one.

Either way ther testing is still 13 weeks.

There is no solid answer as to when "most" people develop antibodies, only estimations.  This is why the testing guidelines remain at 3 months.  That gives the general population PLENTY of time to develop antibodies in the event of a real exposure.

No, you do not need to test again.  You engaged in protected penetrative sex which means exactly that.  The fact that there was blood is totally irrelevant as you used a condom.

The rash you are concerned with is neither HIV nor ARS related.  The time frame is not consistent and your negative HIV test is proof of that.

Most people will develop detectable antibodies at 22 days and test postitive after this, You do not need to test you have no need for further concern for HIV

but what if her blood infected me during the time it was on me?
i must add i was on top and the penetration was hard...she rubbed hard on my groin area..

ARS symptoms appear 2 to 4 weeks after infection not 5 months after and besides you never had a risk in the situation you describe and never required testing in the first place. You used protection when having penetrative vaginal sex with her, regardless of her bleeding the head of your penis was covered and that,s all that matters.Your safe and there is no need to worry about this matter anymore.

no hiv risk from this exposure and rash developed is not related to hiv, can see your doctor for your skin problems
