Using condom correctly means protect sex?

If I am using the condom correctly throughout the vaginal sex and oral sex without any slipping or broken of the condom, does it mean it is protected sex? But why still have some people say condom is not 100% safe? If it is really protected sex and protected sex can keep us safe from hiv or other disease it should be 100% safe right? So do we need test even we use the condom correctly through the sexual process? Thank you!

By the way, why people can get the statistic number that accurate? They really did some statistic experiment or they just do some hypothetical guessing for the statistical number?

using condoms made of latex, polyurethane, or polyisoprene will protect against hiv infection.

commercial sex workers DO use the correct type of condom.  they are trying to protect themselves from their customers, whom they know nothing about.

well even unprotected sex carry a risk of 1 in 2000 for hiv with confirmed hiv positive person.do not worry whatever the brand is whatever the cost of condom is it is not possible to HAVE hiv WITH CONDOM PROTECTED SEX.IN LIFE,NOTHING IS 100 PERCENT,YOUR CHANCES OF FINDING A LOTTERY TICKET WORTH 100 MILLION FROM YOUR WALLET RIGHT NOW IS MORE THAN GETTING HIV.YOU WILL NOT BE THE FIRST DOCUMENTED CASE WITH CONDOM PROTECTED SEX.YOU NEED TO MOVE ON.

NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOIT HE WILL HIT YOU WITH HIS EXPERIENCE AND WILL DRAG YOU DOWN..IF hiv IS THAT EASY TO SPREAD THAN EVERY ONE WOULD HAVE HIV WITH CONDOM SEX.

Thank you for all of your comments. ^^ I am just feel struggling as I always see website and some even very prestige forum saying that even we have used the condom it is not 100% sure safe. So I am just so anxiety about it. Many places even say some bad quality condom may allow virus to go through the structure of the condom. And so I don't know when we know whether our condom is good or not. And when is our condom really function well or not.

It doesn,t matter about prevalence of hiv in hong kong or prostitute groups.Stick to the facts and they are that you never had a risk, everything else is meaningless

Wherever you are getting your information is totally incorrect. HIV is not transmitted by protected sex or by skin transmission.

But if didn't broken then with condom throughout the sex really make 100% safe from HIV? As someplace said HIV may even pass through the condom to touch our skin. And by the way, is human skin also a good protection from the hiv? I mean skin with no hurt or wound.

Condom = protected sex = no risk = good boy lol.
you are safe dude well done you use condom even if some one is Hiv positive with condom it do not matter.your chance of getting Hiv with condom is less than your finding a lucky lottery worth 100 million or hit by  lightning. right now then turning positive.so you do not need testing at all.you are negative.

There is no need to test if the condom was used correctly.
