Hi Doctors,
I had a protected vaginal intercourse with An escort in Pattaya.Before we started any activity she took shower and so did i.After that she tried giving me un protected Oral which happened for 3 to 4 mins and then i asked her to use condom.
I used Durex condom and then had vaginal intercourse with her.
In about 7 to 10 mins i enjaculate inside the condom.and them i went to cleam my self and took my condom wof and cleaned myself with wet hot towel and took the condom off.and about 20 mins later i took shower again .i check the condom with water to make sure no leakage but there was none.
withing the intercourse there was some sucking of nipples and licking were involved.

Since that day i am panicking like anything because for me it was first time with any escort and i dont sleep around an all.
Four five days later i started some scratcness in throat and and my anxiety level went up like crazy.
i started thinking about it 24 x7 and due to that my stress level has been high and i was having headache and strees on my eye when using computer 10 days later i felt lump in my throat which i later on discovered online that it happen due to anxiety.i have no cuts no cold old lump feel in throat when i stress to much otherwise nothing.Last night i had three glasses on red wine for first time in my life and when i woke up today i have massive allergic lreaction on my thing and back on leg like redish no burn not itchy at all. but this has triggered my anxiety again about hiv.

I am so scarred .I wanna live a healty life and that was one time mistake .
Please suggest my risk level and do i need test.i teste my self for hiv in 2012 and my parter both were negative.

Lump feeling in throat is not swollen lymp nodes coz feeling little stiff jaw at night or late nights click noise in jaw sometimes.

i am still feeling lump in throat ,My allergy on thigh has gone down after taken medicine.

You had no HIV risk from protected sex.

just to add i m allergic to sulphur .so the reason for allergy on legs can be grape wine or is it HIV Symptom
