Viral Load

Ok I am really scared. I found out that a guy that I had sex with just tested positive for hiv meaning that when we had sex, he would have a super high viral load. They say when you are first infected it can be as high as 40 million. I've been looking at all the studies done on oral sex (that was the only unprotected thing done) and they all had people who were treated...the highest viral load being 10,000. So the fact that he was just infected and not treated, does this change how people feel about the risk of oral sex? Please help me...I'm terrified.

I think when they talk about high viral load, it means the load in blood/gential fluids but not saliva as it is no infectous. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Vance, thank you so much for the reply. I don't doubt you at all but can I just ask how you have come to that conclusion?
