What are my chances of contracting HIV?

I had a brief sexual encounter with an escort. I had protected oral and protected sex. I couldnt finish my sex and couldnt even ejaculate due to an interruption. I had to get out hurriedly and I put on my underwear without even taking my condom off my penis. The condom had her vaginal fluids all over it. Next, I went to a local restaurant and took my condom off and then put my pants back on. My boxers came into contact with her vaginal fluids from the condom and then after I forgot about this situation and mistakenly put on my pants and took them off when I got home. So, what are my chances of getting HIV from her vaginal fluids which was sticking inside my boxers and then penis coming into touch with the inside of my boxers? (She looked tired and high, but although I asked her, she told me she isnt on drugs)

I had another sexual encounter with another escort. I received unprotected oral and brief protected sex. But she told me she had been in jail for a while (which I think she used to use IV drugs). Later, I ejaculated in her mouth and then she cleaned my penis with a towel. So, what are my chances of getting HIV from this one?

Should I get tested? Thank you so much for your help.

Thanks to at_ss and Teak, but the vaginal fluids from the condom was into contact with my boxers for quite a long time before I took my condom out. I know my questions can be really redundant as I am a total ignorant in this case. But, I am really worried. Thank you for your help.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

1st encounter - No risk for hiv as hiv is only active while its within the host. Vaginal fluids on your boxers comming in contact with your penis wouldnt transmit hiv.
2nd encounter - Unprotected oral sex is again zero risk for hiv, though it can give you std's (more information of std post in the std forum), you had protected sex, again no risk for hiv as you used a condom.

You do not need require testing.
